Vitiligo vulgaris is an acquired, non-contagious disorder. Patients with vitiligo vulgaris visit a dermatology clinic complaining of “loss of skin color”. However, white lesions are not always due to vitiligo vulgaris. This means that “loss of skin color” needs numerous differential diagnoses. The differential diagnoses included numerous diseases.
